About Us

Youth Evening/Weekend Classes

In our children's evening classes, protocol and discipline are taught in a unique and fun manner. Students learn the Korean art of Tang Soo Do, as well as the Japanese art of Ju-Jitsu. The physical benefits are profound, as children practice punching, kicking, forms, and self-defense during each interactive class.

In addition, our students grow emotionally and learn about respect, discipline, self-control, concentration, and goal setting, as we instill these values through the use of distinct educational strategies to help children learn. D&S Karate Studio’s programs are progressive, incorporating belt promotions to give children a sense of accomplishment. As our students progress through classes, new techniques and concepts are regularly added to their training.

Adult Evening/Weekend Classes

For adults, martial arts classes provide a fun and challenging exercise routine and offer a great alternative to traditional gym workouts. Our classes build strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination, while fostering an overall sense of well-being.

Regardless of whether you want to become a competitive athlete, to learn self-defense techniques, or simply to become physically fit, D&S Karate Studios programing will help you achieve your goals.

Before & After School Programs

The D&S Studios Before & After School Programs are a practical and constructive alternative to traditional daycare or babysitting.

In our program, students participate in structured and comprehensive martial arts training that provides an environment conducive to all of the positive character elements necessary for your child to develop into a world class citizen. He or she will learn discipline, focus, confidence, respect, and will be given the foundation for positive self-esteem.

Our caring and experienced staff will instruct your child on how to overcome bullying and to increase awareness of their surroundings. Through our belt ranking system, your child will gain an enhanced sense of self-esteem. This helps to build confidence and a positive, "yes, I can!" attitude that will carry over into school, home and other activities.

This program is very popular and space is limited so please don't wait… Register today!
